Curriculum
This event brings together development experts from across the country in an intensive and interactive all-day workshop on structuring environmental restoration and redevelopment deals. Case studies from California, Arizona & Nevada communities will be highlighted.
Art of the Deal is a unique opportunity to hear directly from those individuals responsible for the financial structure of some of the most inventive environmental restoration and redevelopment deals under development today. Panels, organized as a series of real-world case studies, will divulge the techniques and tools that were integral to their successful project proformas, as well as identify pitfalls. Projects will be discussed in four sessions designed to address the nuances of public, private and nonprofit development projects.
