Project Eligibility
Eligible sites include any site with potential beneficial reuse
not currently redeveloped due to lack of information about real
or perceived contamination, uncertainty about cleanup costs,
or concerns regarding time frames and the regulatory process.
Priority will be given to projects on sites not listed on the Federal National
Priorities List and are located in distressed neighborhoods
with existing public infrastructure.
