L.A. Sprawl: Fill In the Blanks (Part 2)
The Los Angeles city council last week gave final approval to a $2.5 billion revitalization project for downtown. L.A. now joins a growing list of cities across the state trying what's called in-fill development as an alternative to suburban sprawl. Debra Baer reports on one of the major barriers facing cities trying to overhaul their urban landscape.
