The Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR or "see clear") is a nonprofit organization founded on the belief that intelligent, innovative land use is the key to ensuring a healthy future for both our communities and our environment. Our mission is to enable communities to develop sustainably and equitably through land recycling---restoring underutilized, blighted sites to productive use.

Groundbreaking and Trail-making: CCLR Newsletter Issue 11

In this issue of CCLR's newsletter, we highlight a couple projects which we've been involved in. The first, the Blue Greenway project in the Southeast San Francisco Bay, is a 13-mile trial of parks and historic buildings in an underserved area. The second, COMM22, is a smart growth affordable housing development in San Diego which is breaking ground this summer.
