The Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR or "see clear") is a nonprofit organization focused on creating sustainable and equitable communities by encouraging responsible patterns of land use and development. Our mission is to reduce energy consumption and reverse global climate change by facilitating land recycling and brownfield redevelopment through creative public, private, and nonprofit partnerships.

US DOT Release - December 1, 2009 - U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood today announced the availability of $280 million for urban circulator projects such as streetcars, buses, and bus facilities to support communities, expand business opportunities and improve people's quality of life while also creating jobs.
