Join the roster of municipalities who have pitched their properties at CCLR's Summit, including Canajoharie, Rome, Syracuse, Amsterdam, Lyons Falls, North Tonawanda and Lockport.
We are now inviting submissions to pitch at our 4th Annual NYS Annual Redevelopment Summit: Pathways to Revitalization. Gain visiblity for your property and position it for investment. Get input from developers including Mike Bly (Blue Cardinal Capital), Bill Hoblock (Richbell), Bill Teator (Dew Ventures) and Matt Paulus (Paulus Development).
PLEASE COMPLETE this questionnaire about a specific property by April 30, 2019 11:59 pm ET. There will be up to a one week extension if you have contacted Jean Hamerman in writing that you are planning on submitting a property. We will select three submissions for presentation at the Summit. If selected, you will have 5 minutes to present the property on June 12, 2019.
Everyone who submits a property is encouraged to bring a poster or marketing materials for free booth space in our Exhibitor Expo to feature their property and raise its profile to attendees. Presenters will get free one-on-one consultations from RACER Trust and Behan Communications, a post-Summit call with developers and support from Brownfield Listings, an on-line redevelopment marketplace for transitioning and challenged real estate and property redevelopment projects. We want to faciliate deals!
What’s happened to those municipalities that have previously pitched? Of the seven municipalities that pitched properties, one won an EPA clean up award, three have issued Request for Expression of Interest/RFP for developers, one made progress on site cleanup and two were selected as Downtown Revitalization Initiative grantees.
Please contact Jean Hamerman at email@example.com if you have any questions. Yes, municipalities that have previously pitched can present a different property.
The Redevelopment Summit uniquely brings together redevelopment practitioners with the expertise and cutting-edge information on trends, funding and regulations you need to accelerate land reuse projects. For more information about the 2019 Summit and to register, Click http://bit.ly/4thNYSSummit.
