Abandoned, ownerless or blighted properties create public eyesores and erode a municipality's tax base. This workshop will provide answers to your questions on legal liability, regulatory issues, funding resources, assessment/remediation, and community engagement to turbo charge your redevelopment efforts.  Hear from public and private-sector experts and meet with them one-on-one to learn about steps to initiate or accelerate the redevelopment of distressed sites for community revitalization.
