City of San Marcos Brownfields Workshop: Redeveloping Problem Properties

If you are a planner, environmental regulatory specialist, economic development manager, attorney, council member and/or owner of property that may be deemed a Brownfield, then this workshop is for you. This half day, free workshop will feature experts from local industry, legal, and local and state regulators who will provide updates on current regulations and funding options for turning that lemon into lemonade.

 

Specifically, during the event you will learn insight on:
