Join fellow redevelopment professionals and practitioners for comprehensive learning and extensive networking focused on addressing challenges and creating opportunities for community revitalization.
Since the passing of The Brownfields Law in 2002, the reuse and redevelopment landscape has evolved tremendously. Land use best practices have been established, funding pools and financing strategies have evolved, and industry leaders have emerged. The groundwork has been solidly and strategically laid, so now is the time to build on what’s already been accomplished and set our sights on new and innovative means of improving the redevelopment field.
This year’s Summit will cover:
- Next generation land banks, place making, renewable energy, and climate change’s impact on land reuse;
- Latest guidelines on emerging contaminants and green remediation;
- what’s new, trending, and on the horizon in brownfields policy and financing;
- and more.
This year we’re also offering pre-conference activities including mobile tours and deep-dive workshops! See below for more details. Please note that Mobile Tours and Deep-dive Workshops do require separate registration and payment.
