Real Estate Technical Assistance Opportunity

 

CCLR is partnering with the CRE Foundation of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)®️ to provide select redevelopment projects in EPA Regions 2, 9, and 10 with the targeted, pro bono strategic guidance of credentialed real estate problem-solvers. The CRE Consulting Corps, a public service program of the Counselors, provides unbiased and market-driven real estate analysis and tailored action plans which address real estate challenges. We are accepting applications now for publicly-owned properties that would benefit from the skills of a team of Consulting Corps volunteers, selected specifically for your project.  

 

Apply for this opportunity before April 12th - over $20,000 of value for creative, high level counseling services from experience property professionals with proven track records.

 

Examples of assistance may include: 

  1. Feasibility and market assessment
  2. Community development or neighborhood revitalization
  3. Public real estate asset management
  4. Historic preservation
  5. Mixed-use development or transit-oriented development

Consultation is provided at no cost through CCLR and the CRE Foundation. However, entities must have the time and resources to dedicate to the project and remain engaged with the Consulting Corps team. Applications from EPA Regions 2, 9, and 10 (AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NJ, NV, NY, OR, WA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Pacific Islands) will be reviewed until April 12th.
