Biography

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience serving as a program manager for environmental hazardous investigation contracts. His experience includes sustainable beneficial reuse, solid waste management, remediation/brownfield redevelopment, and has worked to assist New York State Department of Environmental Conservation with the recent revision to the Solid Waste Regulations. He has also been responsible for negotiating and managing multiple voluntary and brownfield cleanup agreements between New York City and the State of New York that include former manufactured gas plant sites.

 

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Earth Sciences from Western Connecticut State University and is a Licensed Professional Geologist in both Pa. and Delaware. In addition, several of his projects have been recognized for extraordinary engineering and environmental accomplishments by the American Council of Engineers.
