A California native raised in one of California’s disadvantaged communities, Natalie has worked for over a decade to advance equity by bringing stakeholders together to create opportunities for community self determination, sustainability, and economic prosperity.
Natalie started her career using her communications and community engagement skills for comprehensive responsible development including Community Benefits Agreements, living wage, local hire and green jobs workforce development, and inclusionary zoning policies. She has also managed community-driven public health programs. Natalie convened government agencies, private transportation companies, and community stakeholders to design car share and bike share programs for a transit-oriented affordable housing development as well as managing all aspects of a university transportation demand management program
