The President’s proposed budget zeroes out the HUD Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and cuts overall EPA funding by 30 percent. As a result, all programs that support brownfields and community redevelopment are extremely vulnerable.

This presentation titled “In the Air Tonight” was developed for a non-technical audience to provide a base level understanding of what vapor intrusion is and how it can impact your project. This presentation also includes general procedures for assessing vapor intrusion concerns in the field and means for remediation and/or mitigation where vapor intrusion is a concern. As always, there will be time for Q&A at the end of the session.
