ECRGenius Application Series: Eligibility Self-Check Tool

The ECRG Self-Check Tool will answer important questions about applicant eligibility, required documentation, and help you prepare for success in Round 2 of the ECRG program. Round 2 will launch in mid-January, 2023 and will be open to accept applications for about 60 days.

This webinar will go over ECRG eligibility requirements, including responsibility for contamination, available CERCLA Liability defenses, All Appropriate Inquiry evaluation, anticipated documentation requirements, and all other eligibility requirements, including site access and community engagement, for entry into this exciting opportunity.
