With over 30 years of experience in the brownfields arena, Joelle is a renowned expert in navigating the redevelopment process and has managed complex projects across the country that have received local, regional and national recognition including a Phoenix Award. Her expertise lies in identifying catalytic opportunities that spark lasting transformations.
Joelle's dynamic personality and infectious energy inspire others and empower them to tackle challenges they once deemed insurmountable. She excels in navigating multifaceted challenges through her collaborations with tribes, rural and urban communities, as well as state and federal agencies. As a holistic planner, Joelle considers all aspects of a community's future prosperity and well-being, ensuring that the planning process is inclusive and reflective of the community's aspirations and values.
A published author and sought-after speaker, Joelle holds a BS in Biology from the University of Richmond and a MURP with an environmental emphasis from the University of Colorado.
